Like so many people, I have struggled with a food addiction for years. With God's help, I have finally broke the cycle that was keeping me bound to shame and fear! I have finally learned how to love and care for myself. I have entered into a healthy relationship with food and I can help you overcome your food addiction so that you can live victoriously, no longer being controlled by food!

I work one on one with people, empowering them to break their unhealthy cycle with food and go after the root of their food addiction, leading them into FREENESS!
